my first fix

i've heard alot of people talking about "Stitch Fix" lately and decided to give it a try.  if you don't already know, stitch fix is like online shopping without even having to do the shopping part.
you pay a styling fee, fill out this questionnaire about yourself/your style, and schedule your first "fix" to arrive.  the anticipation of waiting for it to arrive is nearly unbearable.  and what great timing that fedex man had today.  delivered my fix 10 minutes after caden went down for his nap.
so they sent me 6 items and i can choose to keep some, all or none and send back what i don't want.  obviously i pay for whatever items i want to keep.
AND lucky for you all, i did a fashion show of the items.
it's like they just knew me.

 upon first glance, i laughed.  then i put them on and didn't hate them.  they actually fit really well.  then i looked at the price tag and threw up a little.  they're going back.  also, yes there is pee in the toilet behind me.  i don't flush while caden naps.  unless it's #2, obviously.  and i forgot to put the lid down before taking this awkward angled shot.  whatever.

Busacca Cotton Studded Detail Surplus Vest

i also literally laughed out loud when i saw this in the box.  a vest?  and then i put it on.  and i kind of fell in love. 

i mean, am i wrong?  also, from here on out please just disregard my face.  i've said it before but it should be repeated:  i don't know what facial expressions to make so they come out looking bored/pissed/constipated.  i apologize.  focus on the clothing.  thank you.

Corinna Striped Dolman Top

this one was going to be a for sure, i thought.  and i still love it as i'm wearing it to type this.  but i just feel like i could find a similar top for like, half the price. 

i do love it though.

there was another top, the Sofia Printed Peasant Blouse, that was a big fat no.
thoughts?  i really feel like the vest must stay.
